Had to call after an hour of waiting. Was told that it would still be another 30 minutes before my order arrived. I asked why such a long wait and was told to come pick it up if I didn't want to wait 30 minutes. Food arrived hard and cold.

This my 3rd time getting a food from Oriental Express and we've never had any problems. This place is close to our house and its my BF's favorite local chinese. I think the food is average to above average take out for Chinese. It's very easy to order from here and the portions are large. I received a steamed chicken and vegetable meal and had so much leftover, I was able to make a soup from it that lasted 2 days! I would say that their white sauce is VERY salty and was almost inedible for me to use. But beyond that, I'd recommend.

For the price, the quality of the food is excellent. Nothing ground breaking, but good comfort food. Big portions and our orders have always been correct.

Delivery took much longer than usual, but the food is always good. They never add enough heat when I ask for extra spicy, though. I really want it to burn a little!
